Congratulations to Anish for being awarded the prestigious UC’s Global Food Initiative Student Fellowship for his research on site-specific variable rate irrigation management in southern California!  Congratulations to Anish for successfully passing his qualification exam and getting one step closer to becoming a PhD candidate.
A new paper, with UCRWATER PhD student Anish Sapkota as the lead author, was published in Soil Systems. This open access review paper focuses on irrigation and greenhouse gas emissions.  Zahra Amiri and Jean Claude Iradukunda will join our group in Spring and Fall 2020.
